What is SERVFAIL?
Project SERVFAIL is our (famfo, Merlin, Sammy, sdomi) authoritative nameserver network. Shrimply delegate your domains to two or more of our servers, and we'll provide you with a lightweight web interface (no JS!) to manage them, alongside a PowerDNS-compatible API for automating tasks.
How much does it cost? Is it open?
It's completely free (donations welcome). Currently, registrations are open only for beta-testers (ping one of us for a code), once we iron out all bugs, we're gonna employ a manual approval process to prevent abuse;
As for the code, it's open and available on our forgejo. Contributions and feedback welcome <3

Getting started
- You can find the web interface here
- Use the code registration code we've shared with you. they're unique per-user, so refrain from sharing. If you do not have a registration code you can ask one of us in the IRC (below) or on Fedi.
