What is SERVFAIL?

Project SERVFAIL is our (famfo, Merlin, aprl, sdomi) authoritative nameserver network. Shrimply delegate your domains to two or more of our servers, and we'll provide you with a lightweight web interface to manage them, alongside a PowerDNS-compatible API for automation.

Getting started

• The web interface is currently available under beta.servfail.network
• Currently we're in a semi-open beta phase, and we only allow registrations with a one-time code. If you want to join SERVFAIL, get in touch and we'll likely get you a code ;3
• Join #servfail on irc.hackint.org (bridged to Matrix: #servfail:hackint.org) to share feedback!
• If you want to get involved with the code, source is on our forgejo. Contributions welcome, but we highly encourage hanging out on IRC/Matrix first :)
